International Day of Yoga Celebrated in Ankara

Embassy of India, Ankara celebrated the IDY 2021 in Turkey with the events spreading over a period of five days and also marked the formal launching of India@75 in Turkey. All the social distancing norms and precautions were observed during the events. On June 23, 2021, an event was held in the Embassy premises with the participation of almost 100 Yoga enthusiasts. The UN Resident Coordinator in Turkey Mr. Alvaro Rodriguez was the guest of honour. The event was also broadcasted on Facebook live.
