Food is a passion. Delighted to present Indian cuisine in its most elevated avatar; a bit of mystery, a bit of chemistry and a lot of magic. Since our cuisine is defined by our needs and caters to both body and soul, we take help from Ayurveda to find balance, harmony and beauty. So we balance out the 5 elements (earth, air, fire, water, space), the 3 doshas (vatta, pitha, kapha) and the 6 flavors (salt, sweet, sour, bitter, pungent, astringent). Our chef’s job is as complex as that of the yoga master. Our Chaine gastronomic experience was carefully curated by Chef Picu from Jamun of Delhi. It brought flavors from different parts of the country, but with a delicious twist. We also showcased wines from Sula and malt whisky from Paul John. It was a memorable evening.
