Embassy Celebrates Yoga at Cappadocia

Embassy of India, Ankara celebrated the IDY 2021 in Turkey with the events spreading over a period of five days and also marked the formal launching of India@75 in Turkey. All the social distancing norms and precautions were observed during the events. As the finale of IDY-21, the Embassy went to the iconic tourist destination of Turkey- Cappadocia.

Mission celebrated the IDY 2021 on June 25, 2021, at Cappadocia in collaboration with Goreme Municipality near Open Air Museum, Goreme. Cappadocia is one of the famous tourist place in Turkey. Vice Governor of Nevsehir Kubra Kurtoglu and Mayor of Goreme Omer Eren were present at the occasion. About 80 Yoga enthusiasts participated in the event.
