International Day of Yoga 2020

Embassy of India celebrated 6th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2020 on June 21, 2020. Due to COVID19 imposed restrictions, the theme of IDY 2020 was Yoga from Home and My Life My Yoga. IDY 2020 was celebrated at a much smaller scale due to the issues of enforcing Social Distancing. The function was organized in the garden of India House. ICCR deputed Teacher OF Indian Culture, Yoga Guru Ankit Tiwari conducted the Common Yoga Protocol to the participants. The embassy officials and family members participated in IDY from their home. The IDY event was live streamed on facebook and link shared on Embassy's twitter account.
