International Day of Yoga 2019

The Embassy of India, Ankara celebrated the International Day of Yoga in the month of June 12019. The activities were spread from June 19 to 24, 2019. Yoga events were held by the Embassy at the Embassy premises, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Mersin. The ICCR Yoga teacher took classes for the Yoga enthusiasts in Turkey. On June 21, 2020, the International Day of Yoga was celebrated at Seymenler Park, Ankara. Among the participants were UN Resident Coordinator in Turkey Irena Vojackova-Sollorano and a Ankara Municipality Council Member, Lale Bektas.
