Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), President of Committe on Foreign Affairs Volkan Bozkir met seperately with the Ambassadors of Netherlands and India.

TBMM Turkish Grand National Assembly, President of Committe on Foreign Affairs Volkan Bozkir met with Ambassadors of Netherlands and India.

Bozkir, met Netherlands’ Ambassador to Ankara Marjanne De Kwaasteniet and India’s Ambassador to Ankara Sanjay Bhattacharyya, whom came to visit him.

Bozkir expressed the pleasure of hosting the Ambassador of Netherlands and stated that Turkey and Netherlands have a 400 years old historical friendship.

Bozkir stressed that Netherlands is an important country for the reasons of  both the economical importance for Turkey and also for being an important country in Europe Union(EU). Bozkir: “I wish to be in a close relationship and contribute to the relations of the two countries in any areas, during the serving period of Hon’ble Ambassador.”

Bozkir stated that he would be sharing the developments in the region as well as the Turkey’s expectations regarding EU with Kwaasteniet.

Then after Bozkir met India’s Ambassador to Ankara Bhattacharyya and stated that Turkey and India are two friend countries.

Bozkir pointed that India is one of the important countries in the world and in the region. Bozkir said: “We desire from our heart to further develop our relations in both economic and political fields”.
